How to buy a training course for multiple employees

  1. Visit the page ‘Training Group Booking’ by clicking on “Buy course in Group as Business/Company” button in the course page.
  2. Select course & seats and click on Buy Course
  3. Existing customers can login and new customers need to create an account by filling all the required fields on the sign up page prior to placing order.
  4. After purchasing course, you can login into website by clicking on “Login” button in top right to access dashboard.
  5. To enrol students into training group, employees need to either add employees and their email address’s, or students can create their accounts by clicking on “sign up” button in top right.
  6. Once students have created their accounts, they can then be enroled in the training course.

Why enrol students in training courses

There are two reasons to add employees to courses:

  1. So they can access and download the course PDF, the student handbook, and the training location PDF.
  2. Secondly to access the online course training material, if applicable.

This is a fairly easy process which can be done by following the steps below:

How to enrol students in training courses

  1. Login into website and click on username in top right hand corner of screen.
  2. Then click on dashboard in the menu.
  3. Click on the “Group Courses” tab and here all the courses purchased will be displayed.
  4. Click on the training course which students need to be enrolled.
  5. Click on “Manage Enrolment” tab.
  6. Click on “Add Employees” tab
  7. Complete the “Create Member/Employee Account” fields, and press register.
  8. Type employee name into the “Add Member/Employee” field, once the use is displayed, press “Add Employee”
  9. IMPORTANT: Employees MUST register and activate their account prior to being allocated to a course. You will not be able to allocate an employee if they do not register and activate their account.

Employees will still be able to attend courses, regardless of whether you have allocated them to a course, or if the student was not able to login and activate their account, but, they will not be able to receive course PDFS, student handbooks, or training location PDF, as well as any online course material where applicable.
